Postal and International Cargo Transportation Service Terms

1. General Terms

1.1. This document represents a public offer and regulates the relationship between the Anyway Company and the User.

1.2. Registration on the Anyway Company platform is voluntary and free of charge.

1.3. After registration, the User is assigned a unique ID number, which is the only basis for cargo identification.

1.4. Using the service means that the User is fully familiar with and agrees to these terms without additional confirmation.

2. Terms
User — an individual or legal entity that uses the service.
Cargo / parcel — any item that is sent for transportation.
Warehouse address — an address assigned by the company in China.
Transportation — the process of transporting cargo from one country to another. China - Georgia.
Declaration — a customs document that specifies the payments.
Damage — a physical defect that occurs during transportation.

3. Protection of personal data

3.1. The company processes user data in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”.

3.2. The data is used only to provide the service.

3.3. Information is transferred to third parties only:

On the basis of a request provided for by law;

In cases necessary for the performance of customs and transportation services.

4. Essence of the service

The company carries out:

Acceptance of consignments in a foreign warehouse;

Transportation (air, land, sea);

Customs declaration (if necessary);

Delivery of cargo to the address or office.

The company's responsibility applies only from the moment the parcel is registered in the warehouse system.

5. Prohibited and restricted cargo

5.1. It is prohibited to transport:

Weapons, weapon parts, drugs, food, counterfeit products, certain types of batteries and other items.

5.2. In case of doubt, the company reserves the right to:

Request documents;

Suspend or refuse the service.

6. Tariffs and payment method

6.1. The cost of the service is determined by the maximum actual or volumetric weight. During the promotion period, the tariff for cargo up to 30 kg is calculated only by actual weight.

6.2. The latest prices published on www.anyway.ge apply.

6.3. Payment is made before the parcel is issued.

6.4. In case of debt, the company reserves the right to:

Stop issuing other parcels;

Suspend customer service.

7. Packaging, inspection and damage

7.1. The customer is obliged to provide proper packaging.

7.2. Fragile items must be marked with an appropriate sticker.

7.3. The company is not responsible for damage to improperly packaged items.

7.4. The warehouse may perform:

Weighing, scanning, photofixation, visual inspection.

8. Customs procedures

8.1. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the value and name of the item.

8.2. The declaration is completed within the framework of the customs legislation of Georgia.

8.3. In case of providing incorrect data by the customer, a fine is imposed on the customer.

9. Loss and compensation

9.1. The parcel is considered lost if its location is not determined within 90 days.

9.2. Compensation is made only if the item was declared.

9.3. The company does not assume responsibility for undeclared shipments.

10. Delivery and storage

10.1. The parcel is issued at the office or by courier.

10.2. Storage in the warehouse is free for up to 14 days, after which the storage tariff applies.

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for service disruptions:

during war, epidemics, flight cancellations, increased customs control, natural disasters or any circumstances beyond its control.

12. Legal force and disputes

12.1. All disputes shall be resolved in court, in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia

13. Amendments to the document

13.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions unilaterally.

13.2. The updated version is posted on the website and enters into force immediately upon posting.

14. Final provision

The use of the service by the User constitutes confirmed and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
